How does it work?

You will go through an auditing process, where we will help you identify the main areas to be improved and create a custom-tailored plan for the next six months.

The program is open for three startups at a time, and our application process is always open. After six months, you will be kicked out, thrown into the jungle, and carefully monitored for another six months.

Idea

We go over your idea—what problem it solves and how. We identify the target audience and build client personas for all segments. We design a roadmap, estimate the costs, and create revenue projections.

Concept

We help you develop a business plan, a market positioning strategy, goals, and key success factors. We start creating your brand: the vision, the values, the story, and the voice strategy. Simultaneously, we design the information architecture and user flow of your product.

Commitment

We define the business model, create a pitch deck and start sending it to interested parties, growing your network, create the design prototype and wireframes, begin writing the code for the product, define the visual identity of your brand, and plan pre-launch marketing campaigns.

Validation

You get outside feedback, we help you build and implement the necessary changes, prepare and hold improved business presentations based on the executive plan, print physical branding and marketing materials, for in-person meetings and events. After this point, the product is ready for launch.

Scaling

The product is out and we’re helping you improve it with new features or plan sin-off products. We leverage the network we’ve built to find more investors interested in your product, develop a growth-oriented sales strategy. Marketing goes into full swing with tailored content, distributed on all relevant channels.

Funding

We guide you on securing initial investment, then start focusing on developing a stable sales funnel, and raising the client number, which we will then leverage to get more funding in the next round of investments.
